SOLJAN CELIBASHI
Managing Partner
Mr. Soljan Celibashi graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Tirana in 2005. He has been a dedicated member of CC Law since 2006 and currently holds the esteemed position of Managing Partner within the firm. His extensive expertise spans various areas of law, with a particular focus on commercial companies, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, competition, litigation, labor relations, and the interpretation and drafting of civil contracts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Soljan Celibashi has provided valuable counsel, assistance, and representation to clients spanning diverse industries, including mining, oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, real estate, tourism, and more. He has played an integral role in guiding clients through significant business ventures, ranging from concessions to real estate developments and renewable energy projects.
A member of the Albanian Bar Association since 2006, Mr. Soljan Celibashi also earned the distinction of becoming a Mediator in 2021.
He is fluent in Albanian (his native language), English, and Italian.

JOANA LLESHI (NDREU)
Attorney at Law
Mrs. Joana Lleshi (Ndreu) was graduated from the Law Faculty (University of Tirana) in 2015. Mrs. Lleshi became a member of the Albanian Bar Association in 2017.
From 2017 to 2019 she has been working in insurance law area and has attended several professional specializations in this law practice area.
From 2019 she has been working with the State Attorney Office and has been involved in different areas of law such as civil law, administrative law etc.
She joined CC Law in December 2021.
She speaks Albanian (native), English and Italian.

BERIOLA KARAFILI (SHEHU)
Attorney at Law
Ms. Beriola Karafili (Shehu) is an experienced lawyer. Her field of expertise focuses on administrative, civil, corporate, commercial, procurement and contract law. Since becoming a member of the Tirana Bar Chamber in 2014, she has represented a vast number of clients in court, among others, telecommunications and energy firms. Before joining our team she worked as a Senior Lawyer in the civil enforcement field in one of the biggest legal firms in Tirana.
Ms. Karafili holds an MA in European and International Business, Competition and Regulatory Law from the Freie Universität Berlin (2013) and a Diploma in Law from Luarasi University Tirana (2009).
Besides her native Albanian, she is fluent in English and Italian, and has intermediate proficiency in French and Spanish.

ADELINA HOXHA
Office Assistant
Mrs. Adelina Hoxha was graduated from the Law Faculty at the University of Tirana in 2021. She attended Law School at the Albanian Chamber of Advocacy during the year 2021-2022.
From 2022 to 2023 she has been working at the General Regulatory Directorate of Justice Affairs, Ministry of Justice.
In addition to her responsibilities related to the daily operations of the office, she has been aiding the office’s attorneys in preparing judicial files, handling translations, managing administrative applications, and corresponding with clients, among other tasks. She has actively engaged in various legal practice areas, encompassing administrative law, family law, and corporate law, to name a few. Moreover, she actively participates as an assistant to the Attorneys at Law in multiple court hearings, addressing the aforementioned matters.
Beside her native Albanian, she speaks fluently English.
