TELMA CELIBASHI

Managing Partner

Ms.Telma Celibashi has a diverse legal background, with a strong academic foundation and international experience. 

In 2020, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Her studies were complemented by practical projects, including UN and ICC Moot Courts, as well as Due Diligence, in which she applied theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts. In 2021, she graduated with a Master’s in European Union law at Utrecht University, where she had valuable opportunities to engage with prestigious professionals in the field, including judges from the European Court of Justice.

Seeking to broaden her legal expertise, Ms.Celibashi gained practical experience at a criminal law firm in London, where she worked on complex cases involving conspiracy to supply drugs, attempted murder, and kidnapping. 

In 2023 Ms.Celibashi pursued a second master’s at IE University in Madrid, specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms(ADR), during which she received training at the International Chamber of Commerce(ICC) in Paris. Her final thesis, “Advancing ADR in Albania: Combatting Judicial Deficiencies,” was awarded honors for its exceptional quality and contribution to the field.

Ms. Celibashi is fluent in Albanian (native language), English and has an intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

KLIDI NDONI

Attorney at Law

Mr. Klidi Ndoni is a dedicated legal professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Luarasi University.

During his studies, Mr. Ndoni was an active member of the debate team, representing Luarasi University for two consecutive years at the University Debate organized by SCiDEV and the Open Society Foundation for Albania. This experience honed their skills in advocacy and public speaking. Additionally, Mr. Ndoni was part of the university’s team in the Moot Court Albania competition, showcasing his dedication to legal practice and practical problem-solving.

During his experience at another well-established law firm in Albania, Mr. Klidi Ndoni assisted on legal counseling within the renewables sector, gaining valuable insights into environmental law and sustainable practices. He then transitioned to the legal department of the American Bank of Investments, specializing in financial and commercial law and supporting the bank’s diverse legal needs.

He is fluent in Albanian (native language), English and Italian.

Mr. Ndoni is a member of the Albanian Bar Association.

MARINELA KULLAJ

Attorney at Law

Ms. Marinela Kullaj graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Craiova, Romania, in 2003.

In 2005, she became a member of the Albanian Bar Association.

Before joining CC Law, she built an extensive and diverse career as a lawyer, gaining valuable experience in both the public and private sectors. In the public sector, she worked extensively within the judicial administration. She later worked in key institutions responsible for the acquisition, registration, and management of real estate assets, where she provided expert legal advice and oversight.

In the private sector, she gained in-depth knowledge in the insurance industry, handling complex cases and advising on risk management and compliance.

Her broad range of expertise enables her to offer comprehensive legal services across various sectors. Ms. Kullaj is highly qualified to represent clients at all levels of the Albanian judiciary, ensuring high-quality legal representation.

Beside her native Albanian, she is fluent in Romanian, Italian, and English.

AMARILDO BREGASI

Associate

Amarildo Bregasi is an Associate at CC Law. He graduated from the five-year integrated Master of Science in Law program at the University of Tirana with outstanding results.

In addition to his studies, Mr. Bregasi has participated in trainings and projects organized by various institutions such as the Institute of European Studies, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, and the University of Pavia. During his studies, as Student Club President and Student Brand Ambassador, he has also played a key role in fostering professional development among his peers by designing and leading initiatives in collaboration with prominent institutions and organizations, including the Supreme Court of Albania, the Tirana First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, the University Agency of the Francophonie, and Deloitte.

At CC Law, Mr. Bregasi brings his dedication and experience in corporate law, administrative law, contract drafting and negotiation, and legal research – developed through previous challenging professional engagements. Mr. Bregasi also possesses significant experience in M&A transactions: he has conducted legal due diligence on corporate structure, third-party agreements, employment, litigation, properties, concession matters, and has contributed to the drafting of detailed legal due diligence reports.

Mr. Bregasi is proficient in English and has moderate Italian proficiency.
